This month we have the pleasure of introducing you to Ning, one of the oldest kids in The Q Foundation’s care.

Like many of our kids, Ning has experienced the tragedy of losing her mother and her father has a kidney disorder. With parents unable to support her Ning lives with her grandmother in the village of Kaper.

Now 16 years old, Ning was planning on leaving school at the end of last year to start work and support her family. But, as a direct result of her sponsorship through The Q Foundation, she was able to stay in school and is currently completing her grade 11 equivalent.

As you can imagine, this decision has opened up her career choices and allowed Ning to dream bigger with her now deciding between going to Ranong Tec for computer studies, or continuing at school to study Law.

When you compare the photo above when Ning first started with The Q Foundation to the recent photo below, you can very visibly see the benefit sponsorship has had. Ning is more happy, healthy and confident and the course of her life has changed significantly.
